For cancellation of your ticket, please send mail dvrholidaystpt@gmail.com select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history .

DVR Holidays is not liable for missing of one or more services as per the itinerary due to late running of trains. Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings failing which DVR HOLIDAYS will not be liable for missing of any service including darshan and return train. If the tourists miss the car/Innova/Tempo arranged by DVR HOLIDAYS at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own.

Tourists should take care of their personal belongings and luggage. DVR Holidays is not liable for losses or thefts.

In case of cancellation of Darshan in situations beyond the control of DVR HOLIDAYS including peak rush during festivals refund will be made only for the services missed. No refund will be made in case of skipping of any service including darshan voluntarily by the tourist. No refund will be made in case of missing of any service including darshan due to the negligence of tourists.

Pilgrims can arrange own transportation you location to Visakapatnam Railway station and join Train no 17488 Tirumala Express 14.00 hrs over night Train Journey.

Arrival at Tirupati Railway Station at 4.30 am. Pick up from Railway station and transfer to Tirumala .mottai/tonsure After fresh up and proceed for Tirumala Darshan9 am to 11 am (Darshan time It depends on rush). In the afternoon viistShriKalahasti Temple, and andpadmavathitemple darshan drop tiruaptirailway station join train no 17487 21.00 PM over night train journey .
