For cancellation of your ticket, please send mail dvrholidaystpt@gmail.com select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history .

DVR Holidays is not liable for missing of one or more services as per the itinerary due to late running of trains. Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings failing which DVR HOLIDAYS will not be liable for missing of any service including darshan and return train. If the tourists miss the car/Innova/Tempo arranged by DVR HOLIDAYS at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own.
Tourists should take care of their personal belongings and luggage. DVR Holidays is not liable for losses or thefts.
In case of cancellation of Darshan in situations beyond the control of DVR HOLIDAYS including peak rush during festivals refund will be made only for the services missed. No refund will be made in case of skipping of any service including darshan voluntarily by the tourist. No refund will be made in case of missing of any service including darshan due to the negligence of tourists.

AC Road Transportation in shared vehicle for both Standard & Comfort class.
All sightseeing and excursion as per the itinerary.
Special Entry Darshnam at Tirumala& Regular Darshan at other temples as per itinerary.

Food on Train or any additional meals other than specified.
Any sightseeing other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Any personal expenses like portage at hotels, tips, mineral water, telephone charges, laundry, etc.;

Arrival at Tirupati Railway Station at 5.00 am. Pick up from Railway station and transfer to Hotel , 1 Hr Leisure 7 -00 AM Proceed to Tirumala . mottai/tonsure and move to TirumalaDarshan 11A.M (Darshan time It depends on rush). Collect Prasadam and Returned from tirumalaMove Sri Kalahasthi Lord shiva temple DakshinaKailaisam after completed darshanreturned Hotelover night Stay at Hotel.
